Three materials are combined to make one powerful design: titanium face, sole and skirt; carbon composite crown; and 20-gram steel rear mass backweight.

Titanium gives the size and sound preferred by most golfers and the carbon composite crown (65% lighter than titanium) allows for the heavy steel weight to raise the moment of inertia.

The composition of the carbon fiber crown is strengthened by nanotube fibers to increase crown integrity without increasing weight. An all-titanium driver simply will not allow for the weight distribution in the Python Power Link.

By placing the mass of steel in the rear portion of the head, the dynamic inertia is increased, providing more stability at impact to increase the potential for even longer drives.
